Check-in times: 2 PM to 9 PM 7 days. If you plan to arrive after 9 PM please call us. Once you have paid for the room and we will tell you how to access it.

Check-out time: By 10 am. Late check-outs up to midday may be allowed for an additional $15 per hour or part thereof.

If you check-out before the reception desk is open, you must leave the room locked and deposit the keys in the black drop box on the reception door.

You must be over the age of 18. A Driver’s licence, a valid credit card is required upon check-in. We have a strict policy on littering, noisy behaviour, property damage and in-room smoking. Smoking is only allowed in a designated smokers point and alcohol cannot be consumed outside the room.

Bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival.

Notice of cancellations can be given through the online booking page or by email only. Please ensure your cancellation is acknowledged by return.

No payment is required at the time of booking but a valid credit card is required to reserve the booking. 

We accept payment by credit or debit card (Visa & Master only.

Each room will specify strictly how many guests are allowed. There is no room for extra beds or extra persons in the room. We reserve the right to require that the whole room be vacated immediately if extra people are observed on our security cameras.
